By accessing or using TrialsTraders ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.
TrialsTraders is a marketplace platform designed for the bicycle trials community to buy, sell, and trade parts and complete bikes. The App facilitates connections between buyers and sellers but is not a party to any transaction.
You must create an account to use certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it updated.
Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, including descriptions, photos, pricing, and condition. All transactions are between buyers and sellers directly. TrialsTraders does not process payments, handle shipping, or guarantee the quality of items listed.
You may not list items unrelated to bicycle trials. Fraudulent listings, harassment, spam, and any illegal activity are prohibited. We reserve the right to remove listings and suspend accounts that violate these terms.
All content, design, and branding of TrialsTraders is owned by Shindigmedia Ltd. User-submitted content (photos, descriptions) remains the property of the user but you grant us a licence to display it within the App.
TrialsTraders is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any disputes between buyers and sellers, lost items, or damages arising from use of the App. Always use trusted payment methods with buyer protection.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the Settings page.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
