By accessing or using TrialsTraders ("the App"), operated by Shin Dig Media Ltd, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
TrialsTraders is a marketplace platform for the bicycle trials community to buy, sell, and trade parts and complete bikes. The App provides in-app messaging, offer negotiation, secure payment processing, shipping management, transaction tracking, and dispute resolution.
You must create an account to use the App. You must provide accurate information, verify your email address, and keep your details updated. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, including descriptions, photos, pricing, condition, and shipping costs. Items must be related to bicycle trials. Sellers set their own prices and shipping rates per zone (domestic, Europe, worldwide).
Buyers can make offers on listings where the seller has enabled offers. Sellers may accept, decline, or counter offers. Accepting an offer creates a binding transaction. Buyers must complete payment through the App's secure payment system.
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Sellers must set up a payment account (Stripe Connect) to accept payments. Funds are held until the buyer confirms delivery. TrialsTraders may charge platform fees on transactions. All prices are displayed in the buyer's selected currency.
Sellers are responsible for shipping items safely. Shipping costs are set by the seller per zone. Sellers should provide tracking information where available. Buyers must confirm receipt of items.
If an item is not received, not as described, arrives damaged, or is the wrong item, the buyer may open a dispute. Our team will review disputes and may issue full or partial refunds. Opening fraudulent disputes may result in account suspension.
You may not list items unrelated to bicycle trials. Counterfeit goods, stolen items, and illegal items are prohibited. Fraudulent listings, harassment, spam, manipulating reviews, and circumventing the payment system are prohibited.
Buyers who complete a transaction may leave a review for the seller. Reviews must be honest and based on the actual transaction experience. Fake reviews and review manipulation are prohibited.
All content, design, and branding of TrialsTraders is owned by Shin Dig Media Ltd. User-submitted content remains the property of the user, but you grant us a licence to display it within the App.
TrialsTraders is provided "as is" without warranties. While we facilitate transactions and provide dispute resolution, our liability is limited to the amount of platform fees collected on the disputed transaction.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through Settings. Outstanding transactions must be completed or cancelled before deletion.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. However, nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under the laws of your country of residence. If you are based in the EU or EEA, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts and you benefit from any mandatory consumer protection provisions of your local law that cannot be waived by contract. We comply with UK GDPR and EU GDPR where applicable.
