Account information: Name, email address, city, country, profile photo, and bio.
Listing data: Titles, descriptions, photos, prices, shipping rates, categories, and conditions.
Transaction data: Offer amounts, agreed prices, shipping details, tracking numbers, delivery confirmations, and dispute information.
Messages: Text messages, photos, and offers sent through in-app messaging.
Payment data: Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store your card details. See Stripe's privacy policy.
Usage data: App interactions, device information, notification preferences, and language/currency settings.
Your profile and listings are visible to other authenticated users. Messages are only visible to conversation participants. We share data with:
We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
Payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor. Card details are sent directly to Stripe and never stored on our servers. Sellers connect a Stripe Express account managed by Stripe.
Your data is stored securely using Google Firebase services with HTTPS encryption. Photos are stored in Firebase Storage with compression.
We retain data while your account is active. Transaction and dispute records are retained for 2 years after completion. Account deletion permanently removes your profile, listings, and messages.
Under UK GDPR, you have the right to access, update, delete, export, and restrict processing of your personal data. You can manage most of this through the App settings. Contact us for data export or other rights requests.
Photos for listings, profile, chat, and dispute evidence are stored in Firebase Storage. Listing photos are public; chat photos are visible only to participants; dispute evidence is visible to parties and admins.
We send notifications for messages, offers, price drops, shipping updates, disputes, and reviews. You can manage preferences in Settings.
We use Firebase Analytics for anonymous usage data. No advertising cookies or third-party ad trackers are used.
The App is not intended for users under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16.
Your data may be processed in countries outside your own, including the United States (Google/Firebase) and where Stripe operates, protected by Standard Contractual Clauses.
We may update this policy at any time. Significant changes will be notified through the App.
